Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead high-impact technology programs for Toyota. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with advanced program and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can identify and resolve bottlenecks, and can drive cross-functional collaboration while balancing business goals with technical realities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional technical programs, establishing structure and shared alignment across teams.

  • Collaborate with engineering, business, and architecture stakeholders to break down complex initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

  • Coordinate launch planning across teams to meet synchronized milestones and deliver cohesive solutions.

  • Develop and implement scalable, cross-organizational processes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Contribute to both long-term product and technical strategy.

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage escalations while balancing priorities.

  • Own the intake process triage and prioritize incoming work requests for clarity, timelines, and team accountability.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 16+ years total experience, including:

    • 8-10+ years in hands-on software development

    • 4-6+ years in technical program or engineering management

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs with clear execution and follow-through.

  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders, from engineering teams to senior leadership.

  • Strong focus on measurable outcomes, technical strategy, and business alignment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Industry experience in banking or financial services.

  • Background managing delivery of SDKs, CX frameworks, or SaaS products.

  • Exposure to Machine Learning and Generative AI (GenAI).

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
