Job Details

Job Title: ServiceNow MCO Architect

Location: Houston, TX (Remote)

Job Description:

  • 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
    At least 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide domain, architecture, and the technical aspects of the project.
Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements.
End to end guidance and review of Modular Implementation & customization in ServiceNow
Hands-on experience in implementing in multiple ServiceNow Modules and 3rd party integrations
Guidance on Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, primarily MCO, CSM, ITSM and Platform Configuration
Client and Server APIs i.e. Glide Dialog Window, Glide Form, Glide Aggregate, Glide Record, etc
Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies
Design solution and suggest technical best practices
Ensure information is accurate and feasible

Certifications :
 ServiceNow Administration certification
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(various tracks)
ServiceNow Master Architect Certification(optional)
