Job Details
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Work with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
2. Process Mapping & Improvement
Analyze existing business processes and identify inefficiencies or gaps.
Create process flow diagrams, models, and documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE).
Recommend optimized workflows and automation opportunities.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Support decision-making with strong analytical insights.
4. Project Support & Coordination
Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and UAT activities.
Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and quality standards.
5. Documentation & Communication
Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout project phases.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.
Support change management and training efforts during solution rollout.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
2 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience with requirements documentation and process modeling.
Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, or Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certification.
Experience in industry-specific domains (e.g., finance, healthcare, IT services).
Exposure to API documentation or systems integration projects.
