Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced INFOR LN Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the implementation, configuration, and support of the INFOR LN ERP system across various business functions. This role requires deep expertise in INFOR LN modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in the implementation and optimization of INFOR LN ERP solutions.

  • Analyze business processes and provide functional solutions using INFOR LN best practices.

  • Configure and customize INFOR LN modules to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT to gather and validate requirements.

  • Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, and enhancements.

  • Provide end-user training and support post-go-live.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide prompt resolution or escalation.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the ERP platform.

  • Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

  • Document configurations, processes, and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with INFOR LN (Baan) in implementation or support roles.

  • Strong understanding of core INFOR LN modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.).

  • Experience with INFOR OS, ION, or Infor Mongoose is a plus.

  • Solid knowledge of business processes and ERP best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • INFOR LN Certification.

  • Experience with data migration, interface development, and third-party integrations.

  • Project management experience or exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or aerospace.
