A Frameworks Engineer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) for enterprise platforms plays a crucial role in empowering businesses to leverage AI's transformative potential. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing the underlying frameworks, tools, and platforms that enable the creation, deployment, and management of GenAI solutions across an organization.
Required skills:
- Deep understanding of GenAI models and architectures: Strong knowledge of LLMs, GANs, Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and other generative techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Expertise in Python, with experience in relevant libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and cloud services: Familiarity with platforms like AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI, IBM Watsonx, etc.
- Strong software engineering skills: The ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade systems, including microservices architectures and robust APIs.
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps principles and tools: Experience with managing the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulations and ethical guidelines in AI development and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills: Working effectively within cross-functional teams and translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
