Job Title: Organizational Change Management Support and Business Process Redesign Location: Jefferson City, MO Contract Period: Fulltime/Longterm with possible extension
- Project Goals:
Modernize over 120 business processes across 7 business areas.
Support transition to new case management systems and digital processes.
Develop policy updates, SOPs, communication plans, and improvement roadmaps.
Enhance outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities through better coordination, fraud reduction, and service delivery optimization.
Resources Required:
Leadership Team:
5+ years in OCM and BPR execution
4+ years in Medicaid transformation or OCM projects
PMP Certification (preferred)
Working Team:
2+ years in Medicaid coordination
2+ years in IT project coordination or change initiatives
4+ years in Medicaid programs or consulting
On-Site Requirement:
In-person work required in Jefferson City, MO for key tasks (e.g., process reviews, SME meetings)
