Job Title : Senior OpenText Exstream Cloud Native Developer

Duration : Contract
Location : Pasadena, CA (Onsite from day one)

Job Description:

Required Skills : Minimum 8 years with Cloud Native Exstream, AWS 2 years, Java 2 years

Requires programming skills, involved in the development of software applications. Knowledge of programming languages to develop necessary specifications for the software by following the technical designs. In specific cases, knowledgeable on Agile/iterative development methodologies will be required (and called out).

Mandatory Skills:

10+ years relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period), Including at least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain - Min Education - Bachelor s degree in technology, Masters preferred

Desired Skills:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OpenText Exstream Cloud Native Developer to design, maintain, and enhance form templates using Exstream Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, supporting, and optimizing Exstream engines, including hands-on experience with Cloud Native Exstream implementations. This role requires deep expertise across the OpenText Exstream ecosystem and a strong background in document composition, automation, and modern cloud deployments.

Form Design & Enhancement: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex document templates and forms in OpenText Exstream Designer.

Exstream Engine Setup & Support: Install, configure, and support Exstream engines for development, testing, and production environments.

Cloud Native Exstream Deployment: Set up and manage Cloud Native Exstream instances, including migration from on-premise to cloud.

Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical form and document composition solutions.

Template Optimization: Optimize template performance, modularity, and maintainability.

Batch & Interactive Processing: Develop and support both batch and interactive/document-on-demand use cases.

Integrations: Integrate Exstream with upstream/downstream systems (data sources, workflow, print, digital channels, etc.).

Troubleshooting: Debug, resolve, and document technical issues across the Exstream platform.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and project artifacts.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, other developers, and QA teams
