Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the government sector based in Sanford, Florida. The role is for a Business Technology Specialist, where you will be expected to carry out various operations, auditing, and documentation-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Undertake the auditing process to ensure regulatory compliance
Document all operations and procedures accurately for future reference
Manage operational tasks efficiently to ensure smooth running of the department
Resolve any issues related to operations management promptly
Process all customer applications in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required.

Requirements

Applicant must possess strong auditing skills, with a demonstrated ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.

Required proficiency in documentation, including the ability to create clear and comprehensive technical reports and manuals.

Must have a solid understanding of operations, specifically within the governmental context. This includes knowledge of standard practices, methods, and regulations.

Experience in operations management is necessary. This includes the ability to plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public sector organizations.

The candidate should have a thorough understanding of business technology and its application in the governmental sector.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, responding to tech-related issues and implementing solutions promptly.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for explaining complex technical issues in a clear, non-technical manner.

The candidate should be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and self-motivation.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Proven experience in a similar role within the government sector would be highly advantageous.

The candidate should have a commitment to continuous learning and detail-oriented development in the field of business technology.
