Looking for a Customer Identity & Access management CIAM SME/ solutions Architect
Position: Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Solutions Architect CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CIAM SME or Solutions Architect with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading CIAM platforms, specifically ForgeRock, Ping Identity, and Okta, and strong knowledge of B2B and B2C identity use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical authority and trusted advisor on CIAM solutions across enterprise initiatives.
Architect, design, and implement scalable customer identity and access management frameworks that support B2B and B2C environments.
Evaluate and recommend CIAM platforms and solutions (ForgeRock, Ping, Okta) based on business and security requirements.
Define authentication, authorization, federation, and identity lifecycle management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, product, engineering, business stakeholders) to align CIAM solutions with enterprise goals.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, integration, deployment, and optimization.
Ensure CIAM solutions comply with regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) and enterprise security best practices.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in identity security, user experience, and system scalability.
Required Expertise:
Hands-on expertise in ForgeRock, Ping Identity, and Okta platforms.
Proven experience in B2B and B2C identity management implementations.
Strong understanding of IAM/CIAM principles, including SSO, MFA, federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0), and directory services.
Experience with cloud and hybrid identity solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
