We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Systems Engineer to join Patriot Advanced Capability - 3 (PAC-3) Power Assembly Integrated Product Team (IPT) working on all phases of the Radio Frequency (RF) Seeker cutting-edge missile seeker program in Huntsville, Alabama. The successful candidate will play a crucial role across the seeker lifecycle, including development, production, sustainment, and capacity improvement programs. The role will support the development of both technical and supplier requirements, ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical specification development and modification for Power Assembly and related Test Equipment
  • Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs) relating to Power Assembly related suppliers
  • Coordination among other engineering disciplines to ensure technical rigor on IPT scope

This position is fully onsite in Huntsville, AL.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • Typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 1 yr Experience working on a missile system program
  • 1 yr Experience writing technical specifications
  • 1 yr Experience writing SSOWs
  • 1 yr experience working on technical aspects of a power system
