Business Development Manager Commercial/Private Sector

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

The Opportunity:
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth of our technology and staffing solutions across commercial markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing and growing commercial contracts, deep understanding of private sector procurement processes, and strong technical acumen in IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development initiatives focused on commercial/private sector clients across industries
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proper solution design and pricing
Develop winning proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs
Track and forecast sales pipeline and revenue
Stay current on commercial IT initiatives and spending priorities
Create go-to-market strategies for BuzzClan's core offerings, including:

IT Staff Augmentation Services

  • Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions

  • Business Application Services

  • Data Engineering & Analytics

  • Quality Assurance & Automation Solutions

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of business development experience selling technology solutions to commercial clients
Proven track record of winning commercial contracts
Deep understanding of private sector procurement processes
Experience with staff augmentation and professional services delivery models
Strong network of relationships within commercial organizations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Oracle, AWS, Microsoft and other key technology partnerships
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Private sector consulting background
