Associate Product Manager / BA

We're supporting a short-term opportunity with my top client. This role is focused on early-phase, high-level process analysis to support decision-making around a lab information system platform. It's not a traditional product manager role-ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and familiarity with tools like Miro. Lab or healthcare experience is a big plus. The role runs through the end of the year, and is based in Wisconsin (Madison preferred). Apply immediately to learn more, or to be considered!

Project Overview

Short-term need on one of the product teams due to an unexpected initiative from a C-level leader.

Objective: Early-phase, current-state process analysis to support decision-making for a lab information system platform.

Not a traditional Product Manager role - looking for someone with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Able to illustrate and document processes.

Comfortable presenting to managers/directors (not C-suite).

Domain knowledge in labs or healthcare is a major plus (helps shorten onboarding).

More aligned to an associate product manager or senior analyst level.

Not responsible for writing user stories - this is pre-discovery, high-level analysis work.

Tools: Miro, Microsoft Office.
