We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join a growing technology team within a leading North American manufacturer of horizontal grinding equipment serving forestry, agriculture, recycling, and construction markets. Job Description
The NetSuite Administrator will provide technology leadership for the company’s expanding use of NetSuite, ensuring systems align with key business processes and support organizational goals. Reporting to the Business Systems & Analytics Manager, this role involves administering NetSuite configuration parameters, customizing reports and KPIs, arranging user training, monitoring security, and reporting on system utilization. Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with team members on all NetSuite-related matters, including design, architecture, configuration, functionality, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance.
  • Monitoring NetSuite functionality, module updates, and third-party applications within the partner ecosystem.
  • Planning and managing integrations between NetSuite and related systems (e.g., Advanced Manufacturing, document management, expense management, engineering design, shipping, tax).
  • Driving user adoption through interface improvements, training, and best practices.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
  • Communicating system updates and release information to end users.
  • Leading testing for system changes and implementations, including validation plans and reporting.
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining policies for data security, compliance, and system controls.
  • Collaborating on product and platform roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to identify needs and process improvements.
  • Extracting and analyzing data to support decision-making and preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Explaining technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and effectively.
  • Applying project management skills to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects.
This role also includes participation in bi-monthly meetings with NetSuite leaders across affiliated companies and engagement with a NetSuite Administrators user group.

Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in NetSuite ERP administration.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite integrations and third-party applications.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in major capital equipment manufacturing with project work orientation.
  • Ability to demonstrate values of fairness, generosity, harmony, and innovation.
  • Experience applying project management principles in ERP environments.
