Job Details

Role: Oracle Retail Support Engineer
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Onsite from Day 1)
Oracle Certification: Mandatory
Shift: Rotational 24/7 support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and support Oracle Retail modules (RMS, RPM, ReSA)
  • Support patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
  • Manage and optimize batch jobs and RIB integration flows
  • Analyze recurring issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and incident resolution
  • Provide 24x7 production support on a rotation basis
  • Ensure compliance with retail operational KPIs and SLAs

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years supporting Oracle Retail applications especially RMS (Retail Merchandising System), RPM (Retail Price Management), and ReSA (Retail Sales Audit)
  • Experience with Allocations, Retail Planning, and Retail Finance
  • Deep knowledge of RIB (Retail Integration Bus) and Retail Batch processes
  • Strong experience in PL/SQL, Oracle DB performance tuning, and issue triage
  • Experience working in production/application support roles
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL-based processes
  • Excellent client-facing communication and documentation skills
