Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

? What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the installation of access control systems (Brivo, Eagle Eye, Honeywell Vista) in commercial environments
- Install and fit mag locks and door strikes-including on Herculite (frameless glass) doors
- Read and interpret blueprints, manage job sites, and resolve issues independently
- Supervise and mentor a helper/technician on-site
- Troubleshoot and maintain access control, alarm, and CCTV systems
- Communicate with project leads and ensure timely updates and documentation
- Exposure to programming is a plus-but not required
? What You Bring:
- Proven experience in commercial access control installation
- Strong skills in cutting in doors, installing mag locks, and mounting panels
- Ability to read blueprints, run jobs, and work without supervision
- Leadership experience or readiness to manage a small team
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DMV check
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with alarm installation, CCTV, and security systems
- Exposure to system programming
- Relevant certifications in access control or security systems
