Role# ServiceNow HAM / SAM Architect
Lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro solutions that transform clients IT asset governance, reduce risk, and optimize costs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical architectures
- Experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, NIST)
- Strong stakeholder management from CISO to procurement teams
- Provide technical expertise and solutions for ServiceNow HAM and SAM Pro capabilities and features aligned with CSDM 4.0/5.0 (next releases) and ITIL 4 frameworks
- Experience in designing scalable integrations and automations using flow designer, playbooks, process automation, and other out-of-the-box capabilities (for ex. procurement (Coupa/SAP), finance (ERP), and discovery tools)
- Experience in onboarded an array of software publishers using publisher packs, SaaS Direct Integration Profiles, or other as required.
- Develop TCO models to quantify ROI for asset lifecycle automation
- Configure or modify HAM/SAM Pro out-of-box or extended (use case-driven requirements):
- Asset lifecycle workflows
- Compliance audit frameworks
- SaaS/cloud asset tracking
- Software Publisher Onboarding through Reconciliation and Optimization
- Conduct maturity assessments using industry benchmarks (IAITAM, Gartner)

Role# ServiceNow Integration Developer
Here is customer feedback and expectation on the UX and Integration developers:
- In general our candidates have been good but he is looking for more depth in knowledge and experience when it comes to the ServiceNow platform, scripting framework.
- For custom UI - they are building, its React based and is looking for more of that experience
- No need to have specific OpenAI experience but knowledge of LLMs and working with Rest APIs, So JSON etc. will be helpful and is needed. The goal is to integrate with not LLMs but other internal applications.
- He is ok with them learning OpenAI on the job but don't have time to hand hold on anything else
Integration Developer- ServiceNow Integrations developer having experience with creating actions, flows, playbooks, custom spokes & scripting. Knowledge of prompts would help this developer also having AI understanding.
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with proven experience in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, custom spoke development, and advanced scripting. The ideal candidate will also have a working understanding of prompt engineering to enhance user experiences through Generative AI workflows. You will play a key role in designing and implementing integrations, automations, and intelligent workflows across enterprise systems to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, custom spokes, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and orchestrate flows, subflows, and actions in Flow Designer for business process automation.
- Build reusable custom Integration Hub spokes for internal and third-party system connectivity.
- Write and manage complex scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Configure and implement Playbooks and Process Automation Designer for guided interactions.
- Develop AI-driven user experiences using prompt engineering with ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ year of overall experience
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in Integration Hub, including custom spoke development, MID Servers, and secure credential management.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and scripted web services.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Process Automation Designer.
- Solid understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth, API Keys, etc.).
- Familiarity with prompt design for GenAI workflows and integrating AI responses into flows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is required; Integration Hub, CAD, or AI certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to ServiceNow Generative AI or AI Search configuration.

Role# ServiceNow Developer- Foundation Data & CSDM
Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in Foundation Data and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining data models and platform components that ensure alignment with ServiceNow architecture and enterprise standards. This role demands a deep understanding of CMDB, data integrations, and ServiceNow s platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Foundation Data structures (e.g., Company, Location, Cost Center, Users, Groups).
- Implement and configure CSDM-compliant CMDB class models, relationships, and lifecycle states.
- Create and manage data flows, integrations, and scripts to ensure high-quality, governed data.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align development with business goals and data governance standards.
- Perform hands-on configuration and development across tables, forms, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and flow designers.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and feature enablement aligned with the CSDM roadmap.
- Develop automated jobs for data quality checks and CMDB health monitoring.
- Document technical design, configurations, and workflows for knowledge transfer and audit purposes.
