As a Space Station Systems Engineer on our team, you have the chance to provide requirements, verification, and analysis expertise in the resolution of the client's engineering and integration challenges by leading an internal volume configuration team. Your customer will t rus t you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Grow your skills by merging your systems engineering, 3D CAD modeling integration, and technical leadership expertise to lead client delivery for on-orbit systems and payloads hardware placement analyses. You Have:
  • 12+ years of experience in engineering, spe cia lizing in human space flight
  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling
  • Experience with Micro sof t Office and SharePoint
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience with space station operations and planning
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle development, systems engineering and integration principles, and engineering disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with space station ground rules, requirements, and constraints
  • Experience with Siemens NX 3D CAD sof tware
  • Experience working with international partners
  • Experience in strategic systems integration, spacecraft systems, and project management
  • Knowledge of Git and Visual Basic
  • Knowledge of space exploration programs, including ISS, Artemis, and Gateway, and their visiting vehicles
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
