Role: ServiceNow FedRAMP
Remote
Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Experience as a Senior Architect / Consultant
- Candidate should have strong knowledge on ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation
- Candidate should have knowledge on FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
- Experienced in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations
- Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
- Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, orchestration, operational activities, project management expertise, and merging multiple instances
- Experienced in leading end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM / ITOM / FSM and CMDB
- Strong work experience associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations
- Should have strong knowledge on FSM design and implementation for large customers
- Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance with the team
- Design technical solutions and best-practice guidance based on customer requirements and convert them into functional requirements
- Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated
- Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards
- Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery, and ITIL v3 Foundation
