Job Details
We are seeking a skilled User Research and Data Analyst to help drive user-centered insights across our products and services. This contract role combines research expertise with data analysis skills to inform product design, enhance user experiences, and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate is adept at both qualitative and quantitative research, capable of synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
<>Required Qualifications</>- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, Human Factors, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in user research and data analysis.
- Proficiency with research and statistical tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, NVivo, Excel, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Exceptional analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data.
- Experience producing UX deliverables like personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
- Analyze user data using tools like SPSS, R, Python, NVivo, Excel, etc.
- Create UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.
- Present insights to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and continuously improve research processes.
