General Summary:
Are you passionate about transforming legacy systems and building scalable data solutions? We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to spearhead acquisition initiatives, modernize outdated processes, and architect automated data pipelines using cutting-edge ELT frameworks.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement scalable, automated data pipelines across cloud-native and legacy systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and drive strategic insights.
Champion data governance and mentor junior analysts to elevate team capabilities.
Work hands-on with a modern data stack: Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Power BI.
Bonus points for experience with Salesforce and hybrid environments.

Job Specifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, preferably within acquisition, marketing, or customer growth domains.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Exposure to Salesforce and other CRM or marketing automation platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience integrating data across cloud and legacy systems, including on-premise databases and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, campaign attribution, and customer journey analytics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead acquisition initiatives, incorporating data requirements into the wider portfolio and ensure data needs are met
  • Align data strategies across platforms, ensuring consistency in KPIs, definitions, and reporting.
  • Modernize legacy batch jobs and manual data processes into automated, scalable pipelines using modern ELT frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data from both cloud-native and legacy systems.
  • Mentor more junior analysts, supporting their development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
  • Champion data governance, quality, and best practices across the acquisition landscape.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.
$98,340.00-$201,900.00
