Location: Holmdel, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Annuities to join our client s team in Holmdel, NJ. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with Guardian Insurance and should be able to contribute effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for annuities-related projects.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have experience with Guardian Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of Annuities and related financial products.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other insurance carriers or financial services.
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks in insurance.
