JD:
We are looking for a Salesforce Specialist to provide critical support for stakeholders navigating legacy data and system challenges. In this role, you will:
Serve as the first line of support for business users, addressing issues with patience, clarity, and empathy.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and legacy data concerns, ensuring stakeholders can effectively use the system.
Partner with teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
Streamline workflows, data management, and reporting to improve usability and efficiency.
Assist with testing, documentation, and training to help stakeholders adopt updates with confidence.
Required skills:
2–5 years of Salesforce experience, with a strong background in system support and troubleshooting.
Skilled at working with challenged stakeholders, with the ability to turn problems into collaborative solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when handling complex or legacy data issues.
Excellent communication abilities, able to bridge technical solutions with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile environments.
Background supporting organizations transitioning from legacy systems a plus.
