Job Description:
The Stitch Fix Tools and Platform (TAP) team drives innovation and operational excellence across the enterprise. The TAP team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology tools and services used across the organization. The team oversees critical functions such as Identity and Entitlement Management, Integrations, and Workforce Technology Solutions, ensuring technology solutions and services align with Stitch Fix s strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to the end user. We are seeking a highly skilled IT endpoint engineer for a 90 day engagement to support a critical endpoint management initiative. Under the direction of the Endpoint Systems Engineer, this role will be responsible for deploying a new NinjaOne endpoint management solution, migrating the existing device fleet, and improving security and automation across our Windows environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy a fully onboarded NinjaOne endpoint management solution.
Migrate the existing Windows device fleet (~200 devices) from Airwatch to NinjaOne.
Integrate NinjaOne with core enterprise systems, including Okta, Google Workspace, Freshservice, Oomnitza, and relevant security/automation platforms.
Author, coordinate, and document CIS (Center for Internet Security) baselines for Windows endpoints.
Develop and implement IT workflow automations to streamline endpoint management tasks.
Automate resolution of security events to harden the device fleet.
Work closely with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements,

Minimum Years Experience: 8 Years
Required Technical Skills:
Advanced PowerShell scripting for system administration and automation.
Expertise with Identity Providers (Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft AD/Azure AD).
Experience with endpoint management solutions, including NinjaOne (preferred) and Airwatch/MobileIron.
Strong knowledge of CIS benchmarks and endpoint security hardening best practices.
Experience designing and implementing IT workflow automations (e.g., via scripting, RPA tools, or automation platforms).
Familiarity with Windows OS administration, patching, and security policy enforcement.
Ability to document technical processes and produce operational documentation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with MDM/RMM migrations.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
Familiarity with security event monitoring and automated remediation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a systems engineer or endp
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination and documentation.

o Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
o Microsoft Certified: Automating Administration with PowerShell
o CompTIA ITF+ / CompTIA A+
