Salesforce Developer / Architect
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that empower our teams and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce environment to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and declarative tools.
- Architect end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
- Lead technical design sessions, requirements gathering, and solution architecture discussions with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
- Optimize existing applications, workflows, and automation processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve CRM utilization and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data models.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX).
- Proficiency in configuration, data management, and security settings.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect).
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, EKS, Fargate, Batch, Lightsail, WAF, and Step Functions.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
