Are you a skilled TIBCO WebFOCUS Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate? Join our dynamic team at U.S. Bank, where youll play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our TIBCO WebFOCUS platform. Were looking for a dedicated professional to support our business needs and drive performance, reliability, and scalability.
Job Description:
The TIBCO WebFOCUS Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of the TIBCO WebFOCUS platform, client server, reportcaster, load management/balancer, including security, performance, reliability, scalability, and availability of the platform. The Administrator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reports that can be used to support the business. Additionally, the Administrator will maintain the platform servers (Unix, Windows), manage the F5 pool for routing traffic, and uphold network and firewall rules.
Must-Haves:
Extensive experience with TIBCO WebFOCUS platform administration, including installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to the TIBCO WebFOCUS platform and ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
Proficiency in server management, with experience in Unix and Windows servers, F5 pool routing, and maintaining network and firewall rules.
Requirements:
Perform installation/upgrades, configuration, and maintenance of the TIBCO WebFOCUS 9.0 higher platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the TIBCO WebFOCUS platform.
Design and implement strategies to ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
Install db2 client.
Monitor user access, security, and usage of the platform.
Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure that the TIBCO WebFOCUS platform is integrated with other UI systems.
Respond to service requests from users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to the platform, including certificate installation to WebFOCUS servers.
Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the platform.
