EDI Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Zeeland, MI that is seeking a detail-oriented, task-driven EDI Analyst with a strong understanding of EDI transactions and ERP systems to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, liaising between business teams and technical partners, and driving tasks to completion. This role is less hands-on EDI development and more about ensuring projects are completed on time, facilitating communication, and keeping workflows moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage EDI trading partner activity, identifying and resolving errors
* Onboard new customers and trading partners
* Serve as a liaison between business teams and third-party EDI providers to prioritize work and ensure timely completion
* Track and coordinate customer purchase orders (850s), invoices (810s), and ASNs (856s)
* Manage task lists, tickets, and mini-projects to ensure work progresses efficiently
* Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
* Knowledge of modern ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.)
* Previous experience with EDI map development or configuration is a plus, but not required

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in EDI technical concepts (ANSI X12 transactions)
* Familiarity with EDI trading partner platforms such as Sterling, SBS Commerce, or similar
* Strong analytical IT background, ideally with exposure to ERP systems
* Project/task management experience; able to coordinate multiple priorities effectively
* Experience resolving EDI errors and analyzing transaction data
* Strong communication skills for acting as the liaison between business and third-party providers

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
