Title: - SAP Basis Consultant (SAP HANA & Security Focus)

Location: - Location: Cincinnati, OH, Onsite role Relocation fine

Visa : H1, EAD

Duration: - 06 Possible CTH.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive SAP Basis Consultant with deep expertise in SAP HANA and SAP Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP landscapes, ensuring system integrity, and implementing robust security protocols across SAP environments including HANA DB.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • SAP Basis Administration
  • Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and Solution Manager
  • Perform system upgrades, support package installations, and kernel updates
  • Manage transport landscapes and perform client copies and system refreshes
  • Monitor system performance and conduct tuning activities

SAP HANA Expertise

  • Administer SAP HANA databases including backup, recovery, and performance optimization
  • Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions for HANA systems
  • Support HANA system migrations and version upgrades
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams for seamless integration

SAP Security Management

  • Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations across modules
  • Conduct user administration and role maintenance using SU01, PFCG, and SUIM
  • Perform security audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Manage GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and workflows
  • Monitor and resolve security-related incidents and vulnerabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA database management
  • Strong understanding of SAP Security concepts and tools
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • SAP certifications in Basis, HANA, or Security are a plus

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) hosting SAP systems
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP and Fiori security
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
