Job Details
Responsible for systems support ensuring successful order processing. Collaborates with development teams for management of support tickets and development of new features.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
High School/GED diploma required.
Minimum Experience
One year FedEx Express Air Expedite, or equivalent Logistics, Technical, Development experience required.
Must be able to successfully complete/pass FedEx Express Air Expedite Temperature Control training program, FedEx QDM Practitioner training and any applicable recurrent training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and requirements.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously with ability to manage workloads across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting IT system user experience and troubleshooting, creating and running reports for business owners. Experience collaborating with IT partners to plan and execute system releases and working independently on critical objectives with firm deadlines.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $22.11/hour- $44.22/hour (SH26). Relocation assistance is not available.
Additional Details: Desired location would be Memphis, TN or Akron, OH. This position may be remote anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI & US territories. Depending on location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
