RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network Project Manager in Ocoee, FL.
Summary:
A Network Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of network infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They coordinate project teams, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders, while also addressing technical issues and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Developing project plans, defining deliverables, and establishing project milestones
* Resource Management: Managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
* Team Leadership: Leading project teams, providing guidance, and ensuring collaboration across departments
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicating project status to stakeholders, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals
* Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
* Technical Expertise: Utilizing knowledge of network technologies, equipment design, and industry best practices to inform decisions and improve project outcomes
* Documentation: Maintaining thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests
* Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
