Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into clear functional specifications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and wireframes
  • Support solution design and collaborate with technical teams
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis for proposed changes
  • Assist in UAT planning and execution
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
  • Support change management and training initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with requirements gathering techniques (workshops, interviews, JAD sessions)
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Visio, Confluence, Jira)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
  • Experience in [Banking / Healthcare / Retail / IT / Insurance]
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data analysis tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
