How You Will Make An Impact
  • Design and produce a wide range of digital and print marketing assets, including banner ads, brochures, slide decks, and branded materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, and design teams to deliver visual assets that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Build and maintain reusable design systems and templates in Figma to support efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure assets are optimized for production and delivery across both digital and print platforms.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing visual direction and layout ideas.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Are You a Visual Design Rock Star?

Required:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong skills in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
  • A solid foundation in typography, layout, and design systems
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Strong communication and ability to collaborate in a team setting

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Lottie)
  • Familiarity with web and responsive design best practices
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
