Lead Java Engineer 
NYC, NY - Onsite 
CLIENT FACING ROLE

12+ years in software engineering with at financial institutions
* Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spark, Kafka, and
SQL/NoSQL databases
* Strong background in Core Banking, Payments, or Wealth Management domains
* Track record of leading system integration and migration projects
* Excellence in stakeholder management and technical leadership

Responsibilities: 
* Lead enterprise software design and delivery for mission-critical financial
applications
* Architect distributed systems and data pipelines handling high-volume
transactions
* Drive technical compliance and regulatory initiatives
* Mentor and lead cross-functional engineering teams
* Partner with business stakeholders to deliver analytics and optimization
solutions
