Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Addison, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Act individually or as part of a team to provide development services of a highly complex and technical nature
- Analyze complex, written documents to extrapolate information and troubleshoot problems
- Fulfill application development roles throughout a full product life cycle
Requirements:
- 5+ years Java experience
- 3+ years of OpenShift container experience
- 3+ years of AI enabled application development experience
- Strong SQL experience (Oracle)
- Has worked with Jira for work management
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Able to work in a fast-paced agile environment
- Able to analyze and create design artifacts, and then implement them
- Extensive Java development and unit test experience in order to develop code, review code, and work with the rest of the development staff
- Able to take a broad view of development and provide strategic recommendations and be able to work without supervision to deliver within Agile sprints on time
- Able to work under the pressure of strict time constraints and constantly changing priorities
- Core Java
- Oracle SQL / PLSQL
- Agile tools (Jira)
