Job Details
Position: Healthcare Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (EST time zone)
Contract Duration: 9 Month + Contract with potential for FTE
Rate: 45/hr on w2 max
Summary:
- We re seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical and data analysis skills to join our Agile/SAFe team.
- This role requires a blend of business process expertise, system analysis, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of total IT experience.
- Strong skills with data mapping and system flows
- Agile SAFe experience (Candidates who are certified will go top of the list)
- Must have strong SQL and system analysis skills
- Must have Jira, Confluence, experience
- Must have Claims and Clinical Data background
- Experience with Use Case modeling, Design Thinking, and IT application development life cycles
- Proven track record implementing change in complex organizations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specs
- Conduct impact analysis, design workflows, and assist in data/interface specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers in design sessions
- Support production issues, defects, and inquiries in partnership with operational teams
- Create user documentation, training materials, and process overviews
