Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with Business Analyst experience to lead a federal enterprise rollout of Microsoft 365 Project. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Agile project delivery, project portfolio management (PPM), and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Serve as the primary lead and SME for all project planning, delivery, and oversight tasks
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, Agile sprint schedules, and communication strategy
Lead all engagement with the agency COR, PMO, and stakeholders; facilitate regular meetings, demos, and reporting
Ensure compliance with agency's policies, security protocols, and governance standards
Manage timelines, track risks, and ensure alignment with project objectives
Translate business requirements into user stories and configuration tasks in collaboration with technical staff
Provide technical and management leadership to ensure quality delivery of all SOW tasks and milestones
Coordinate closely with the M365 Administrator to ensure smooth pilot, rollout, training, and phase-out activities
Deliver artifacts including status reports, configuration documentation, and transition plans
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 involving federal clients
Demonstrated experience with Agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
Strong background in Microsoft 365, with emphasis on Project Online and Project for the Web
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage executive-level stakeholders
PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred
