Job Details
Client is seeking a Senior System Engineer resource to provide design, engineering, technical, implementation support, process design and service design package documentation for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). There are enhanced call routing & call center agent/supervisor functional requirements that require a skilled technical engineering resource. This resource will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, training and knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services staff. In addition, this resource will provide engineering and technical support for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
Required Technology Skill Set:
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX): 5+ years
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): 5+ years
- Cisco Unity Connection (CUC): 5+ years
Work Environment & Availability
The selected candidate will be expected to participate in occasional on-site meetings, training sessions, and collaboration activities with the Telephony Services team based in Lansing. Therefore, the ability to reliably and promptly attend in-person engagements as required is essential.
