Job Title: Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Sound knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM APIs, Functions and technical footprint
Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2 solutions, leveraging OIC capabilities to integrate Oracle CX Cloud and other systems.
Implement various integration patterns (e.g., real-time, batch, event-driven) to meet business requirements while adhering to Oracle recommended best practices.
Design and execute integrations with on-premises systems using a wide range of enterprise and technology adapters (e.g., FTP, JDBC, SOAP, REST).
Demonstrate expertise in the OIC CX Cloud adapter and other relevant adapters, configuring and optimizing integrations for performance and scalability.
Define disaster recovery strategies and implement performance tuning techniques to optimize OIC solutions for high availability and efficiency.
Utilize Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for standalone and Software as a Service (SaaS) extensions, and provide guidance on when to leverage APEX applications.
Implement process automation workflows within OIC to streamline business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and utilize them effectively in integration projects (e.g., Object Store, Serverless Functions, Streaming Service, Queues).

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2.
Strong understanding of integration design patterns, Oracle recommended best practices, and design principles.
Proficiency in designing and implementing complex integrations with on-premises and cloud-based systems.
Experience with Oracle CX Cloud integration patterns and related technologies.
Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for UI development and process automation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership experience, including leading integration teams and driving architectural decisions.
Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud Service Specialist) preferred
