What You'll Do
Technical Strategy & Problem Prevention
- Deliver proactive, hands-on support to prevent recurring technical issues
- Build trusted client relationships with consistent onsite presence
Technology Implementation
- Deploy, configure, and optimize hardware/software solutions
- Ensure all technology aligns with company standards and client needs
Monthly Change Management & Improvement
- Lead 4 8 hours/month of proactive hardening and upgrades
- Add long-term value without extra project costs for clients
Local Audits & Documentation
- Conduct thorough IT environment reviews
- Keep client documentation accurate and actionable
Long-Term Problem Management
- Identify recurring issues and drive permanent solutions with internal teams
What You Bring
- 5+ years in IT support, systems admin, or technical consulting
- MSP experience is a must - you ve worked in client environments before
- Strong technical background: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and networking
- Experience with PSA/RMM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise)
- Proven ability to work independently and communicate with clients professionally
