San Fernando Valley (85%), with occasional work at the La Verne HQ (15%)

Full-time | $100,000 $130,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Salary Increases for Certifications Earned

What You'll Do

Technical Strategy & Problem Prevention

  • Deliver proactive, hands-on support to prevent recurring technical issues
  • Build trusted client relationships with consistent onsite presence

Technology Implementation

  • Deploy, configure, and optimize hardware/software solutions
  • Ensure all technology aligns with company standards and client needs

Monthly Change Management & Improvement

  • Lead 4 8 hours/month of proactive hardening and upgrades
  • Add long-term value without extra project costs for clients

Local Audits & Documentation

  • Conduct thorough IT environment reviews
  • Keep client documentation accurate and actionable

Long-Term Problem Management

  • Identify recurring issues and drive permanent solutions with internal teams


What You Bring

  • 5+ years in IT support, systems admin, or technical consulting
  • MSP experience is a must - you ve worked in client environments before
  • Strong technical background: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and networking
  • Experience with PSA/RMM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise)
  • Proven ability to work independently and communicate with clients professionally
