Job Description:
IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Tibco Business Event Developer to join the Oncor project team in Dallas, TX. This role requires a highly skilled developer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in application development focused on TIBCO Business Events and related integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and optimize TIBCO Business Events solutions to support complex event processing and real-time data integration.
- Expertly work with TIBCO Active Space Grid, including setup, configuration, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate operational and deployment tasks, improving system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions on a fast-paced project.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the TIBCO product suite framework and apply best practices for integration and event processing.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain high standards within the development team.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on TIBCO Business Events.
- Proficiency with TIBCO Active Space Grid, including setup, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Strong shell scripting skills (e.g., Bash) to support automation and operational tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of the TIBCO product suite and event-driven architecture.
