About the Role
We re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Field & ABM Marketing Manager (Contractor) to support our North America marketing efforts during a critical transition period. This role will focus on event execution (in-person and virtual), partner marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) for key accounts in the region, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline and measurable impact.
The ideal candidate is based in Troy, MI (preferred) or Boston, MA, is comfortable working onsite, and is willing to travel to conferences and events across the U.S. as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute in-person events (tradeshows, executive roundtables, customer events) including logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
Lead virtual events such as webinars and digital roundtables, managing end-to-end execution.
Collaborate with partners on co-branded and joint events both physical and virtual.
Own ABM programs for a set of strategic North America accounts developing and executing targeted campaigns in close collaboration with sales.
Track and report on performance: leads, meetings, pipeline generated, and other KPIs.
Ensure timely lead follow-up and pipeline progression by working closely with sales.
Coordinate with the SDR team to ensure timely and effective lead follow-up, and support alignment on messaging, qualification criteria, and reporting.
Own Salesforce reporting build and maintain dashboards to track lead flow and campaign impact.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on event management, partner marketing, and ABM.
Proven ability to plan and execute both in-person and virtual events.
Hands-on experience running ABM programs from strategy to execution and measurement.
Strong understanding of technology, including edge computing, embedded systems, cloud, and enterprise IT.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce must be confident in lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
Experience using 6sense and/or Demand base for ABM and campaign targeting.
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
