Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Project Manager to lead the successful implementation, rollout, and support of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong project management capabilities to ensure delivery of scalable, compliant, and business-aligned PLM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and quality across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with business units (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, IT) to gather and prioritize PLM requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, developers, and validation personnel.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, risk logs, and validation deliverables.
• Oversee data migration and integration efforts involving Teamcenter and ERP, MES, CAD, or document control systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors/SIs (System Integrators).
• Support change management, user training, and adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Teamcenter implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter modules (e.g., BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Visualization).
• Proven experience managing PLM projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with systems integration, data migration, and Teamcenter customization best practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
