Summary of Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Contributing to Continuous Improvement (CI):
- Drive the mobilization and operationalization of solutions developed by the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) across delivery teams, translating CI output into tangible outcomes
- Work through backlog items focused on resolving process inefficiencies to improve delivery flow
- Collaborate with practitioners, leadership, and stakeholders to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
- Evaluate existing processes to identify waste and recommend areas for streamlining
Augmenting Delivery Execution & Sustaining Operations:
- Act as a Product Group Coach for one or more teams, focusing on:
- Jira usage and data hygiene
- Driving retrospective improvements and follow-up actions
- Reinforcing Agile playbooks, best practices, and operational discipline
- Coach Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to enable them as internal coaches ("train-the-trainer" model)
- Jump in as needed to support teams by providing subject matter expertise on tools and processes, including:
- Educating teams on new or updated processes
- Addressing delivery blockers or unique use cases
- Facilitating data- and metrics-driven decision-making
- Guide teams in leveraging Agile metrics and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Execute against coaching plans and provide regular progress updates
