IT / ITS Manager (On-site)

Required Skills and Experience

* Ability to manage network security equipment, software, and protocols.
* Willingness to work alternate schedules and remain on-call 24/7.
* Strong technical writing skills, including reports, manuals, and documentation.
* Competence in managing day-to-day operations of computer networks and servers.

Primary Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to ensure TMC systems align with organizational IT infrastructure.
* Analyze TMC system needs; evaluate, upgrade, and ensure compatibility of hardware/software, including cost estimation and procurement.
* Provide 24/7 support.
* Determine and implement hardware/software upgrades, including off-the-shelf software.
* Coordinate and track software/hardware licensing, warranties, maintenance, and purchases.
* Conduct staff training on IT protocols, troubleshooting, and technical procedures.
* Maintain detailed IT hardware/software inventory; submit monthly reports to Contract Manager.
* Coordinate ITS field device repair/maintenance with vendors.
