Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. IT Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems, providing advanced technical support, and maintaining secure and efficient IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Microsoft 365 environments, hardware troubleshooting, and user training, while contributing to the continuous improvement of IT processes.

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the organization's Microsoft 365 tenant and other cloud-based systems, including licensing and feature rollouts.
Automate routine tasks using tools such as PowerShell and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide Tier 3 technical support, mentor service desk staff, and streamline workflows for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap, plan phased feature releases, and communicate insights to leadership.
Administer IT-related tasks such as vendor management, license tracking, and software integration.
Troubleshoot and maintain PC and network hardware, ensuring timely setup, repairs, and upgrades.
Develop and update user training materials, including guides and videos, using multimedia tools such as Loom and Camtasia.
Collaborate with internal teams to uphold IT standards and improve operational efficiency.
Assist with security configurations to align with cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent education or experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or administration.
Proficiency in PC desktop hardware, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows 10.
Experience with desktop imaging and workstation management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and security configurations.
Familiarity with multimedia tools for creating training materials, such as Loom, Camtasia, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Preferably experienced in migration or integration project environments.
