ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Remote)

We're seeking a skilled and client-focused ServiceNow Technical Consultant who thrives at the intersection of deep platform expertise and strategic client advisory.
In this role, you'll work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across core modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB. You'll bring not only strong hands-on technical ability, but also the confidence and clarity to guide stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
What You'll Do:
Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across key modules
Advise clients on best practices, roadmap planning, and platform optimization
Translate business needs into technical solutions and lead client workshops
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience configuring and developing within the ServiceNow platform
Strong communication and client-facing skills-able to engage both technical and business users
Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules
Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic advisory
