JOB TITLE: MAILMAN 3 ADMINISTRATOR

PAY: 60.00 per hour W2

LOCATION: ROCKVILLE, MD 100% REMOTE

HOURS:

This position is to work part-time between 16-20 hours/week. Days/hours are flexible; we prefer a consistent weekly schedule; so for you it would be 8:00 2:30 each day.

Mindbank is seeking a technical SME who is an expert with Mailman, a mailing list management tool and Mailman integration with Drupal and MS Exchange for e-mail relay. In this role you will assist with moving an existing CMS, that includes Mailman, from the government to the client for hosting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support migration of existing Mailman configuration from government server to Westat server.
• Interface with Drupal development team and MS Exchange admins.

• Communicate and implement technical solutions.
• Install, compile and configure at the OS level.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 plus years experience as a Mailman Administrator.
• Expertise with Mailman 3 installation, configuration, and administration, running on Ubuntu
• Expertise running, supporting and maintaining Mailman 3.
• Experience communicating and implementing technical solutioning.
• Knows how to install, compile and configure at the Linux OS (Red Hat or Ubuntu) level.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience migrating existing mailing lists from Mailman 2 to Mailman 3.
• Experience in a Sysadmin role managing environments (Linux or Ubuntu) hosting Drupal sites.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable getting up a Mailman installation and running it from scratch
