Bachelor s/master s degree in Media arts and Animation, Interactive Entertainment, Interactive Technology or related field,
Exceptional candidates may come from varied background but must have a solid 3D design portfolio

Profile
We re looking for a creative and versatile 3D Generalist to join our Creative Development Team. Transforming ideas into immersive experiences and have a passion for both concept design and high-quality 3D asset creation, The candidate will collaborate with our Visualization Team and XR / Web Experience Team to bring concepts to life from initial sketches to photorealistic renders and interactive real-time assets.

Skills

Concept Development:
Create 3D concepts for environments, characters, and props.
Develop 2D concept art for ideation and visualization is preferable
Accurately translate design concepts into 3D models and renderings.

Asset Creation & Integration:
Build photorealistic models, textures, materials, lighting, and rendering for both real-time and pre-rendered workflows.
Implement clean and organized topology for all models.
Convert models into various real-time formats (.OBJ, FBX, gLB, gLTF, etc.).
Integrate, assemble, and manage scene assets using Maya/Max and Unity.
Create interactive assets compatible with Unity coding or Unreal Engine Blueprint systems.
Animate props & artifacts that works in work in web and Game Engines

Workflow & Standards:
Assist in developing new standards for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
Participate in template and asset development for 3D content.
Ensure production deadlines and quality control are achieved.

Collaboration & Post-Production:
Work directly with the Visualization Team to deliver photo-real and real-time resolutions.
Support post-production editing and manage render layers in After Effects or Nuke.
Proactively contribute creative ideas to improve processes and deliverables.

Core Tools: Maya, 3ds Max, Unity, Substance Painter ,
2D Concept Art Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator etc
Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Redshift
Game Engines: Unity, Unreal Engine
Nice-to-Have:
Compositing & Editing: After Effects, Premiere, Nuke, Fusion
