Position Title: Sr. Robotics Program Analyst (Contractor)
Reports to: Senior Manager of Innovation
Location: Remote/Hybrid; Atlanta is preferable ability for some onsite work
Duration: 6 months contract (potential extension)

About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Robotics Program Sr Analyst to join our Innovation Team and play a key role in building and scaling our enterprise-wide robotics strategy.
This role blends data analysis, business case modeling, procurement strategy, and program design to guide where, when, and how robotics should be deployed across diverse client environments.
The contractor will evaluate pilot results, develop deployment frameworks, define archetypes for robotics solutions, and create decision-support tools that enable us to move from individual robotics pilots to enterprise-wide adoption. This position will work closely with cross-functional partners including site teams, operations, and procurement to ensure robotics investments deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot Evaluation & KPIs Analyze performance data from robotics pilots to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
- Business Case Development Build financial and operational models that quantify robotics value propositions.
- Archetype Design Define archetypes (e.g., floor scrubbers, delivery bots, security) and map their best-fit use cases across ABM verticals.
- Requirements Gathering Engage with site teams and business units to capture robotics needs and constraints.
- Vendor & Market Scanning Research emerging robotics vendors and technologies, compare solutions, and inform sourcing strategy.
- Governance & Standards Contribute to deployment criteria, vendor qualification frameworks, and robotics success benchmarks.
- Decision-Support Tool Creation Build tools (e.g., decision trees, selection matrices, dashboards) to help leaders select the right robotics solution.
- Procurement Partnership Collaborate with procurement to develop sourcing strategies, vendor comparisons, and pricing frameworks.
- Change Management Support Capture site feedback and adoption challenges; support communication planning for rollout.
- Deployment Planning Develop frameworks and playbooks that guide robotics deployment at scale, building on pilot learnings.
Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or technology evaluation (robotics or automation experience strongly preferred).
- Consulting experience (management consulting, strategy, or internal consulting capacity) strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proven ability to create ROI/business cases.
- Experience creating decision frameworks, playbooks, or tools for technology adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with executive audiences.
- Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- Passion for emerging technologies and operational innovation.
