Job Details

Role: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Role Summary
We are looking for a 12+ years of strong SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with deep hands-on experience in BeanShell scripting and Java-based development. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and exposure to front-end technologies (React JS preferred). While React experience is a plus, the candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to quickly learn and work on UI components as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions
  • Implement and maintain Lifecycle Manager (LCM) workflows, certifications, access requests, and provisioning processes
  • Develop and customize BeanShell rules, workflows, forms, and reports
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with target systems (AD, LDAP, databases, cloud apps, etc.)
  • Build and support backend services using Java and Spring Boot for IAM integrations and extensions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues across environments
  • Collaborate with UI teams and contribute to React JS based interfaces when required
  • Learn and adapt to new front-end requirements if React experience is limited
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and security best practices
  • Work closely with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
  • Excellent knowledge of BeanShell scripting
  • Strong Core Java skills
  • Experience with IAM concepts: provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, certifications, access governance
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • Good understanding of databases and SQL
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
