Senior Cloud Consultant

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Cloud Consultant, to join a leading cybersecurity organization specializing in risk, compliance, and cloud security. The Senior Cloud Consultant will be instrumental in ensuring customer success by gaining deep insights into our clients' operations and delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions.

Responsibilities of the Senior Cloud Consultant include:

• Spearhead complex cloud initiatives-greenfield or brownfield-ensuring alignment with client goals and technical excellence.
• Act as the primary advisor and project lead, combining technical expertise with leadership to guide teams and stakeholders.
• Implement and manage cloud compliance activities to meet internal security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide coaching and support to enhance team members' technical skills and consulting capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategies and design secure, scalable solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform platforms.

Qualifications for the Senior Cloud Consultant include:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• 6+ years of experience in security systems engineering and architecture, ensuring secure cloud deployments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platform capabilities and services across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, and PCI.
• Proven experience supporting clients in a professional services environment, demonstrating client-facing and consulting skills.
• Ability to balance security requirements with business objectives and provide strategic, risk-informed recommendations.

Compensation for the Senior Cloud Consultant include:

• Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
